Customer care
Return & Refund Policy
Our work is delivered digitally and is often made to each client's specifications. This policy explains when an order can be cancelled, when a refund is available, and how we handle payment errors or service concerns.
Effective date: 13 July 2026
Digital services and physical returns
Perpaux Technology supplies digital and professional services, not physical goods. There is therefore normally no item to ship back or physically return. “Return” requests are handled as cancellation, correction, re-performance, or refund requests under this policy.
Seven-day cancellation period
For an eligible service purchased through an electronic transaction, you may cancel without giving a reason and without penalty within seven days after the agreement is concluded. Where work has not begun, we will refund the amount paid.
If you ask us to begin the service during that seven-day period, we will request your consent to start early. Once performance begins with your consent, the statutory grace-period right may no longer apply. This does not remove your rights where a service is defective, misdescribed, unavailable, or not supplied as agreed.
Cancellation after work begins
You may ask to cancel at any time. After work has begun, any refundable amount will be the money received for the cancelled service, less:
- the value of work reasonably completed up to cancellation;
- approved, non-recoverable third-party costs incurred for your project; and
- any other amount that the signed proposal clearly makes due.
We will explain the calculation. If completed work and approved costs equal or exceed payments already made, no refund will be due and an outstanding balance may remain payable. This rule is subject to any non-excludable rights under applicable law.
Unavailable, delayed, or defective services
- If we cannot provide a paid service because it is unavailable, we will notify you promptly and refund the affected payment within seven days after that notice.
- If we miss an agreed delivery period, please contact us. Where the delay is not caused by you or an event outside our reasonable control, we will agree a new date or provide any cancellation or refund remedy required by law.
- If a deliverable materially fails to match the agreed scope, notify us with details as soon as reasonably possible. We will first correct or re-perform the affected work within a reasonable time. If we cannot do so, we will provide an appropriate price reduction or refund for the affected portion.
Payments made by mistake
Duplicate payments and verified payments made in error will be returned. If a transaction fails but your account is debited, contact us with the payment date, amount, payer name, and transaction reference. We will check the payment provider’s records and either confirm the order or initiate a reversal. Never send us your PIN, password, one-time code, or full card details.
How to request a cancellation or refund
Call Perpaux Technology on +233 24 463 3573 (Monday to Saturday, 9:00am–6:00pm Ghana time). Please provide your name, invoice or transaction reference, service purchased, payment date, and reason for the request. We may ask for reasonable proof of payment and will confirm the request in writing.
Please do not publish sensitive payment information or send credentials. We may need to verify that the request comes from the payer or authorized client contact before issuing funds.
How refunds are paid
- Approved refunds are normally sent back to the original payment method. If that is not possible, we will agree a secure alternative with the verified payer.
- We will initiate the refund within the period required by law. A bank, mobile-money operator, card network, or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.
- We will not deduct a processing fee where the law requires a full refund. Any otherwise applicable deduction will be disclosed as part of the refund calculation.
Your statutory rights
This policy is intended to operate consistently with Ghana’s Electronic Transactions Act, 2008 (Act 772) and other applicable law. It does not exclude or limit any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
